Gerhard Bolenz has held a variety of leading positions at large enterprises and was appointed Managing Director and board member in medium-sized companies. Due to many years of international business, primarily in companies in the microelectronics sector, he contributes great experience and excellent contacts to the establishment of new, globally operating business units and company spin-offs. Gerhard Bolenz holds a degree and a doctorade in business adminstration.

Volker Dudek has worked as a physicist in the semiconductor industry for more than 30 years. His highly acclaimed development work has included established process technologies for analog components and power semiconductors, especially for automotive applications. Volker Dudek has run the technology development at various semiconductor companies. He owns a number of important basic patents for both low voltage and power semiconductors. Volker Dudek studied physics and obtained a doctorate in mechanical engineering.
