The innovation cluster HZwo supports the establishment of value chains for the development, construction and application of fuel cells in Saxony. Focus is put on the use of so-called green hydrogen in mobile power systems.
3-5 Power Electronics seeks to support the development of efficient and energy-saving power electronics modules through the cooperation with the innovation cluster. Joint R&D cooperation projects for the application-specific development of high-performance semiconductors based on gallium arsenide have been concluded. 3-5 Power Electronics brings its own expert network of specialized research institutes, R&D service providers and international production facilities to the cooperation for these tasks.
