Privacy Policy

Legal validity

This Privacy Policy informs users about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the responsible provider on this website (hereinafter "offer").

The legal basis for data protection can be found in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG)

Access data / Server log files

The provider (respectively its website provider) collects data about every access to the offer (so-called server log files). These access data include:

Name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited site), IP address and the requesting provider.

The provider uses the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the offer. However, the provider reserves the right to subsequently check the log data if there is a justified suspicion of illegal use based on concrete evidence.

Handling personal data

Personal data are information that can be used to determine a person, i.e. information that can be traced back to a person. This includes the name, email address or telephone number. Data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites were viewed by someone else are considered personal data as well.

Personal data are only collected, used and passed on by the provider if this is permitted by law, or if the users agree to the collection of data.

Contact us

When contacting the provider (e.g. via contact form or email), the user's details are stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry as well as in the event of follow-up questions.

Integration of third-party services and content

It may occur that third party content, such as YouTube videos, map material of Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics of other websites are integrated in this online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of such content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") are aware of the user's IP address. Without IP address, these third-pary providers would not be able to send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required for the display of this content. We aim at using only such content whose respective providers use the IP address to merely deliver the content. However, we have no influence on whether the third-party providers store the IP address for e.g. statistical purposes. As far as we are aware of this, the users are informed about it.

Revocation, amendments, corrections and timeliness

The user has the right to request information free of charge about the personal data stored about him/her. In addition, the user has the right to have incorrect data corrected, blocked and to have his/her personal data erased, as long as there is no legal obligation to keep records.
